Goods can only be ordered online, through this website.

Our postage rates are based on a per item/ location algorithm, as follows:

Our 14-day returns guarantee
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you ordered the item, unopened (with all seals and shrink-wrap fully intact and undamaged) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
We are unable to give a refund or exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
Subject to testing to verify any alleged fault, we will accept the return of defective products for credit or replacement. On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the alleged fault. Upon receipt if the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you. The carriage cost of this return will be your responsibility.
To return an item:
Place the item in the original shipping box or package. Include the original invoice. On the back of the original invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the item (wrong or damaged product, or you changed your mind).
Email customer services stating that you are returning your order and the reason why.

Refunds:
Cheeky Naughty will issue a refund within seven to ten business days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the same paypal address that was used to pay for the original order. |
